Freedom of Information

The Western Australian Freedom of Information Act 1992 (FOI Act) provides for access to documents held by State public sector agencies and local governments. The Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor is required to facilitate public access to documents at the lowest reasonable cost, and to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete, up-to-date and not misleading. An applicant's right to apply for access to documents is not affected by the Department's view of the applicant's reasons for applying.  box_down
